Well it’s hard to say because I have not received anything yet

stopped charging after a month

I brought this battery to replace my old one that had stopped charging when I'd plug it in, and after only a month the new battery does the same thing. I've tried cleaning the charging port and charger, but this doesn't seem to help, and it's to the point where even if I can get it to charge it's enough for one hit and then its dead again. The charging light comes on for a random amount of time after plugging it in and then shuts off.

I have been a customer more than a Yocan decade. using the Evalve models. The model, Yocan Evolve Plus XL, has been my favorite. We usually have two in the house. My biggest complaint is the battery lifespan and the battery management in the device. The battery needs to be able to be charged at any level, and left on the charger without causing damage.

I will be purchasing a new replacement battery from your site today and returning the last batteries purchased from your site and local stores.
I am requesting a refund for the purchase today, when you receive the batteries in the image. I hope that you can study why they failed and correct their issues. Maybe you could refurbish these parts. It's just a shame for these parts to end up in the landfill.

Battery replacement

When i recevied the xl the battery did not work. talk to person at yocan got the run around. order a replacment now it works fine

Broken

Received it, used it for about an hour and it broke. The button stopped working properly. This is the Second one this has happened to, although the first time it didn't break for a week or two.
