If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within seven (7) days to report the error. We typically provide a return shipping label for the mistakenly shipped item. Once the incorrect item is in transit back to us, we will promptly dispatch the correct item for you.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for UN-OPENED and UN-USED products only. Refunds cover the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Orders eligible for free shipping will have $5.99 deducted from the refund to cover the initial shipping costs. Open box items are non-returnable. Only products purchased directly from www.YocanUSA.com qualify for a refund. For returns, contact Sales@YocanUSA.com with your order number and product details. Pre-approval is required for the return of used merchandise.

No used products should be returned without specific authorization. We will destroy any unauthorized used items with residues. No compensation will be provided for products destroyed due to unknown residues.
Due to new federal regulations and PACT Act amendments governing the shipping of vaping products, full warranty service may not be available for all customers. We are unable to offer warranty service for 3rd party purchases. After 3/25/2021, warranty replacements may not be shipped. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for device issues, and our staff will assist in resolving the matter.

Yocan USA, YocanUSA.com, Dakota Distro Inc., Yocan Technology LTD, and affiliates disclaim any warranty against injury or damage resulting from product use. Vaporizers generate intense heat, posing burn and fire risks. Products with lithium batteries may pose fire and injury risks; handle and charge them safely. Consumers assume liability for damage and injury. Purchasers exempt YocanUSA and Dakota Distro Inc. from product liability.
Buyers agree to handle disputes and claims according to South Dakota law through binding mandatory arbitration.
