I was just sent 3 random colors I didn't choose

Pretty bad

My experience was pretty poor. It took close to a week for you to process my order. I sent an email about the fact that you had yet to process it, and got no response. You DID process the order, though. It took closets a month to receive the order. In the past you have shipped within a week and I have received the order within 10 days.

In general, this was a poor experience.
